This lithium ion pack is made of 3 balanced 2200mAh cells for a total of 6600mA capacity! The cells are connected in parallel and spot-welded to a protection circuit that provides over-voltage, under-voltage and over-current protection.

Each cell can provide 2C of current (4400mA) so all together the peak current you can draw is over 13 Amps. Note that these batteries are not designed to sustain such high loads, we suggest keeping any constant current draw under 6A.

The packs come with color coded wires, and now they come with a JST 2-pin cable attached for use with our chargers! Because they have a genuine JST connector, not a knock-off, the cable wont snag or get stuck in a matching JST jack, they click in and out smoothly. The cables are rated for 2A so if you use them keep that in mind.

The included protection circuitry keeps the battery voltage from going too high (over-charging) or low (over-use) which means that the battery will cut-out when completely dead at about 3.0V. IEC 61131-3 currently defines five programming languages for programmable control systems: function block diagram (FBD), ladder diagram (LD), structured text (ST; similar to the Pascal programming language), instruction list (IL; similar to assembly language), and sequential function chart (SFC).^[8] These techniques emphasize logical organization of operations.

While the fundamental concepts of PLC programming are common to all manufacturers, differences in I/O addressing, memory organization, and instruction sets mean that PLC programs are never perfectly interchangeable between different makers. Even within the same product line of a single manufacturer, different models may not be directly compatible.

NiMH batteries are amongst the hardest batteries to charge accurately. Whereas with lithium ion and lead acid batteries you can control overcharge by just setting a maximum charge voltage, the nickel based batteries don't have a "float charge" voltage. So the charging is based on forcing current through the battery. The voltage to do this is not fixed in stone like it is for the other batteries.

Technically the minimum amount of voltage for charging will be anything above the current state of charge. But that's probably not the answer you're looking for, from Lithium-ion battery on Wikipedia:

Lithium-ion is charged at approximately 4.2 ± 0.05 V/cell except for "military long life" that uses 3.92 V to extend battery life. Most protection circuits cut off if voltage greater than 4.3 V or temperature greater than 90 °C is reached. Below 2.50 V/cell the battery protection circuit may render the battery unchargeable with regular charging equipment. Most battery circuits stop at 2.7–3.0 V/cell.

So to achieve a full state of charge you'd normally want to aim at 4.2V. In practice charging Li-Ion safely and efficiently does involve quite a few steps so you may want to look at a dedicated charger chip. You'd need to check the datasheets for any that look of interest but many will operate properly with a supply voltage only a little above 4.2V.

The 3.7V above sounds like the nominal voltage which is the area where the battery will spend most of it's time during the charge to discharge cycle. But they will start out at around 4.2V and drop to a voltage below that. Letting them drop in voltage too far will cause problems, but you'll get some useful life below 3.7V as well.
