Communication to NFC ID CARD can be established only when the IC is connected to an antenna. Form and specification of the coil is out of scope of this document. For details on how to design antennas see Ref. 6. When the NFC ID CARD is positioned in the RF field, the high speed RF communication interface allows the transmission of the data with a baud rate of 106 Kbit/s. The NFC ID CARD203F chip consists of the 168 bytes of the total EEPROM memory organized in 42 pages each 4 bytes. 144 bytes (36 pages) are available for the user defined data. Along with the memory, NFC ID CARD203F contains the RF-Interface and the Digital Control Unit. Energy and data are transferred via an antenna, which consists of a coil with a few turns directly connected to the LA and LB of the NFC ID CARD203F
